Role Duties
- • Conducting tactical and firing training sessions for recruits
- • Assessing recruits' readiness before deployment to units
- • Maintaining and improving the regiment's training programmes
Candidate Requirements
- • Confirmed combat experience of 6-12 months
- • Ability to explain and structure knowledge clearly
- • Patience and composure working with new recruits
