Base pay regardless of combat duty

Combat payments depend on the conditions in which tasks are performed. Important: you are joining an active combat unit. Even in support roles, your tasks and location may change according to the unit's operational needs. The categories below are not permanent assignments — days are counted according to the tasks actually performed.

Days at a platoon strongpoint

The platoon's position directly on the line of contact. Constant aerial threats and shelling, with a high probability of close-range combat.

Days at a company strongpoint

The company's position in the depth of the defence, behind the platoon strongpoints. Direct combat is less likely, but the position remains within the strike zone of enemy aircraft, artillery and drones.

Days at a command post

Directing the unit during a combat mission: communications, coordination and planning. Located away from the line of contact, but remains a priority target for long-range strikes.

Days on management & support duty

Logistics, vehicle maintenance, evacuation, staff and administrative tasks. Movement and work in the field may still take place within range of enemy drones and artillery.

Assault operations to retake own positions

Recovering a position lost by the unit. The highest intensity of combat contact and the shortest distance to the enemy.

Assault operations to capture enemy positions

Offensive action against a position that is fortified and held by the enemy.

Pay starts the month after you sign your contract.
During training, only the base pay is paid.
